It seems the Order of the Griffon has finally tracked down the last of the doctors, but not before he unleashed his plague near Unterbaum. Now the sweet smell of grain is accompanied by the sickly taint of Chaos. Unterbaum is far to the south of here, in the heart of Talabecland. A Witch Hunter there leads the cleansing of the area. If you're to do any good for the people there then you'll need to speak to him first for the details.
