Description:
Even if you killed every Witch Hunter in the Empire, there would still be one left to carry out their oppressive tasks. Wilhelm Von Kleinbach, despite his age, is the worst of the lot.Even his peers quaver beneath his gaze as he passes them, glaring with his single, terrible eye. His other eye is glass, or wood, or some such, likely torn out during a purging or hanging or burning. His death would lift the spirits of the villagers, and gift them back the gift of their old, enterprising selves.
