Description:
The shackles are complete!How do they work? Well, if my casting has merit, the eyes of the Skullblades will entrap a lesser daemon, holding it hostage beneath their gaze and preventing it from retreating into the Chaos realms. But this will only work on a daemon that has already been weakened in combat. If these shackles work as I expect them to, we shall have a new weapon to use against our enemy.
