Just look at this, doesn't it make you sick? Nice fresh tomatoes wilting in the city heat, and fresh fruit growing soft from ever present flies... why I lose more custom to Aldtorf than a year's worth of pickpockets and guttersnipes. It's the city building restrictions, <name>. They prevent any private or trade building from being taller than the palace... which means those of us who sell our wares on the streets haven't a hope of ever getting shops of our own.But I've a plan! I've started a petition demanding that they repeal those restrictions. If enough merchants were to sign it, the Emperor and his advisors would have no choice but to make some changes!
