The stone has arcane instructions carved into its surface that read:By the will of Kadon and power of Nagash, this stone is made available to the peoples of Mourkain. May our realm reign forever over the lands of living and dead. To summon a spirit from the land of the dead, speak the words Shyish Un'Mal Gromthi K'Ciredor to this stone while burning three handfuls of bittermoss.
