Description:
Very few words can be made out on the weathered stone face of the old gravestone. It speaks of the great battle of Bitterne and the sacrifice the Empire troops made there. It appears to mark the site of a mass grave of Empire troops, and even once held the skulls of several Empire soldiers as a ward against evil.
