This is interesting. Damgul was an Engineer, one of the youngest to make Journeyman Engineer, in fact. It says here that he had developed a method of finding metals in the ground; he called it his Fortune Finder.Naturally the Guild of Engineers tossed him out, who would believe such rubbish? Yet, if you believe this, he appears have proved his theory. It says here that Damgul obtained funding from a Dwarf named Snorri Blackmane and was able to locate a previously undiscovered vein of gold in the caverns west of here.He was gathering the gear needed to delve for the gold when the tower was overrun. He includes the instructions for his device, if you obtain these materials I could build one for you.
